Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that all returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
Note: This policy is consistent with industry standards for apparel and accessories retailers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- Processing begins once we receive your returned item

As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas):
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items
