Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that all returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
