Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Straightforward Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Item must be in original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear and intimate apparel
- Personalized or monogrammed items (e.g., customized briefcases or luggage)
- Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without their original tags or packaging.
This policy is consistent with industry standards for apparel and accessories retailers and is in place for the protection of all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange. You may use the template provided at the bottom of this policy.
- Get Authorization: Wait for our reply within 24-48 hours. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack Securely: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your authorization email. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
After We Receive Your Return
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Exchange Processing
- Processing for exchanges begins once we receive your returned item.
- We will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after approval.
- You will receive tracking information for your new item.
- If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
