Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us after payment processing.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligibility:

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• In original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Are in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Swimwear and intimate apparel.
• Personalized or monogrammed items (e.g., customized briefcases or luggage).
• Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Products without original tags or packaging.

Process:

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Ship Item: Securely package the item with the RA number visible on the outside. Use a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refund/Exchange: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
